In 2023, singer Elza teamed up with Toronto-based producer, DJ, and radio personality Sean Savage on his electronic project, “Gruve Collective” which has evolved in nature to include live vocals.

The duo have been writing extensively, and their live performances have quickly garnered attention for their trip-hop influenced take on electronic music. It seamlessly blends melodic elements with intricate beats and immersive soundscapes.

They recently played their current 10 song 50 minute live set to a packed house after being selected to perform at The Frequency Blind show in Toronto. They performed at the Sanctuary Drone event during Nuit Blanche on Oct 5.On Oct 20 they headlined At Breaking Sound.

On November 12 they headlined Indie Tuesdays at The Linsmore Tavern to a very appreciative crowd. On December 9 they will be performing at TEMOM. The duo have been hard at work in the studio preparing music for their debut album release in the new year.
